About Disability Dynamics
Disability Dynamics (registered in England No: 04058702) was formed in 2000 by Penny Melville-Brown.
Penny has practiced as a barrister, was a Commander in the Royal Navy, works with numerous Government Departments and Regional Bodies. She is a member of the European Blind Union Social Policy Commission and leads the Diversity works Partnership and Diversity Trainers Network in Hampshire. Penny is also an Associate of the Employers’ Forum on Disability.
Our team of consultants and trainers bring a broad range of skills and long experience in the diversity field - our qualified trainers deliver bespoke interactive and fun sessions that both engage and inform.
Our clients include major national public bodies, the NHS and national LSC, County and other local authorities, the NHS and businesses from across the commercial sector.
